急性血吸虫病肺部X线表现

The X-ray Features of Acute Pulmonary Schistosomasis

本文报道８８例肺血吸虫病的Ｘ线表现，以肺纹理增多、增粗和点状粟粒样阴影为多见，也可见斑片状阴影，偶伴发胸膜改变。讨论了肺部Ｘ线表现与病理的关系，以及与继发感染的鉴别、误诊原因等。

Eight y-eight cases of acute pulmonary schistosomasis were reported.Its radiologic abnormalities were variuos,including interstitial disease,scattered acinar densities,diffuse patchy air space change etc,co-existence pleural effusion was rare. We disscused the relationship of roentgenologic feature and pathology and distinguish it from secondary infection,as well as the misdiagnosis.
