椎管内畸胎瘤的CT脊髓造影表现（附5例报告）

CT Myelographic Findings of Teratoma of The Spinal Canal and Cord: A Report of Five Cases

本文报告５例经手术病理证实的椎管内畸胎瘤，重点讨论其ＣＴ脊髓造影的表现。椎管内畸胎瘤在ＣＴ上多表现为混杂密度的肿块，可同时测出软组织密度、脂肪密度和骨质密度，据此可与椎管内其他肿瘤相鉴别。

CT myelographic findings in five patients with teratoma of the spinal canal and cord confirmed by surgery and pathology were described. On CT scans, teratomas usually appear as a mass of an inhomogeneous density pattern in the spinal canal and cord and display different attenuation values similar to that of soft tissue, fatty tissue and calcification within the same tumor. This inhomogeneous density pattern on CT scans is valuable in the differential diagnosis of teratoma from other intraspinal tumors.
