室间孔肿瘤的CT和MRI诊断（附12例分析）

CT and MRI Diagnosis of Interventricular Foramen Tumors

回顾性分析１２例室间孔肿瘤，讨论其ＣＴ和ＭＲＩ特点及其病理来源，分析术前误诊的原因。结果表明，ＣＴ显示肿瘤钙化较佳，对肿瘤的鉴别帮助很大，而ＭＲＩ的优势在于能三维成像，可准确显示肿瘤的位置及邻近情况。

cases of interventricular Foramen tumors were reviewed.We discussed the CT and MRI appearance,and their pathological resource. The false diagnosis were analysised. We conclude that CT is better in finding tumor calfication that may suggest the diagnosis,MR is more useful in showing the tumor location and other appearance nearby.
