奇静脉食管窝及后纵隔隙的CT研究 被引量:2

摘要 作者基于80例(男67例,女13例)正常成人胸部CT片,对奇食窝及后纵隔隙的形态、大小、位置进行了观测。正常奇食窝的内缘形态可分为尖角、杆状、平头、右突等四型,此与奇赢脉、食管在后纵隔隙内排列的形式有关。后纵隔隙为一狭窄的不规则形腔隙,在右肺动脉层面,其前后径平均为2.03cm±0.46cm(1.1~3.5cm),左右径平均为2.06cm±0.58cm(1.0~3.6cm);作者还观察了46例原发性支气管肺癌及13例食管癌的CT片,探讨了奇食窝填塞、变窄、不规则右突及后纵隔隙扩大的原因。 The authors observe the shape,size,and position of the azgo-esophageal recess and posterior mediastinal space in 80 (67 males and 13 females)normal chest CT cases. It showed that the medial edge of this recess may normally show in the followings:acute angular,pestle-shaped,flat-headed,and dextroconvexed which are closely related with the arrangement of the azygos vein and esophage in the posterior mediastinal space. The posterior mediastinal space is irregular and narrow,its mean value of the A-P diameter is 2.03cm±0.46cm(1.1~3.5cm), the transvers diameter is 2.06cm± 0.58cm (1.0~3. 6cm) at the level of right pulmonary artery. Another 46 CT cases of primary bronchogenic carcinoma and 13 CT cases of osophageal carcinoma have been studied to understand the abnormal changes at the azygo-esophageal recess e.g. embolus formation,stricture,irregular dextroconvexity and the causes of expansion of this space.
