改良GCYSB培养基分离流感嗜血杆菌的应用评价

Clinical evaluation of improved GCYSB medium for the isolation of haemophilus influenzae

用自配的改良ＧＣＹＳＢ－Ｖ选择培养基从２２５份临床标本（痰和咽拭子）中分离到嗜血杆菌属细菌９７株（流感嗜血杆菌６８株），而用加万古霉素的普通巧克力选择培养基（Ｃｈｏｃ－Ｖ）从相同标本中只分离到嗜血杆菌属细菌２９株（流感嗜血杆菌１９株），分离率相差显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。流感嗜血杆菌在两种培养基上的平均生长指数（ＧＩ）分别为７．７２和５．９４（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结果表明，ＧＣＹＳＢ培养基比Ｃｈｏｃ培养基更适合流感嗜血杆菌生长。

The application of improved GCYSB-V selective medium and its isolating efficiency for Haemophilus species compared with routine chocolate agar medium which add vancomycin(Choc-V)were reported.By using GCYSB-V,there are 97 strains of Haemophiluss species(68 strains of them being H.influenzae)from 225 clinical specimens(sputum and thoat swab).Otherwise,there are only 29 strains of Haemophilus species(19 strains of them being H.influenzae)were isolated from same 225 specimens with Choc-V.GI of H. influenzae on GCYSB and Choc were 9.72 and 5.94.respectively(P<0.001).The results showed that GCYSB medium was better in growth of H.influenzae than Choc medium.GCYSB medium was also easy to obtain materials and simple to prepare.
