摘要
用小牛胸腺和猪脾混合抗原包被聚苯乙烯反应板（１０μｇ／孔），建立测定抗核抗体（ＡＮＡ）的ＥＬＩＳＡ法。所用抗原中，含有抗Ｓｍ、抗ＲＮＰ、抗ＳＳ－Ａ、抗ＳＳ－Ｂ、抗ｄｓ－ＤＮＡ、抗Ｓｃｌ－７０、抗ＰＭ－１等常见抗核抗体的靶成份。经与常规荧光抗体法比较，二者呈高度的一致性（ｘ２＝１１７．１，Ｐ＜０．００１）。ＥＬＩＳＡ法较荧光法更敏感。本法实验结果可靠，有利于推广。
A mixing antigen fraction was extracted from calf thymus and porcine spleen.We have established an ELISA technigue in detection of ANA by coating the mixing antigen on microtiter plates(10μg/well) .The antigens include targets of anti-Sm、anti-RNP、anti-SSA、anti-SSB、anti-ds-DNA、anti-Scl-70 and anti-PM-1 antibodies.All are target-composition of common ANAs. There was a significant correlation between the results of ELISA and IFA. The ELISA is more sensitive than IFA and suitable for the detection of ANA in cottage hospital.
