危机干预3514次热线电话分析

An analysis of 3514 times from a crisis intervention hotline.

对三年来所接到的３５１４人次咨询电话分别从电话来源、性别、年龄、教育水平、职业、问题内容及自杀等七个方面进行分析。结果表明，本市电话显著高于外地，在性别上无显著差异，年龄以１６～２５岁为主，教育水平以中等和高等学历为主，职业以工人和学生居多，求助问题以恋爱和人际关系、环境适应障碍居多。自杀意念占４．９２％，自杀企图占０．０９％，自杀行为占０．４６％。

AbstractA three一year total of 3514 times from a crisis intervention hotline were analysed according to the source of the calls,sex,age,education level,occupation,nature of problem,and the presence of suici-dal idea or behaviour.There was no obvious sex difference,and most subjects were between 16-25 years of age,composed of workers and students,with middle to high educational level. Common pre-senting problems were love and interpersonal adjustment difficulties. Suicidal ideation occurred in 173,suicidal attempt in 3, and suicidal behaviour in 16 callers.
