老年期精神疾病与生活事件

Life events and mental disorders in the elderly.

通过对２７１例老年期精神疾病住院病人有关资料分析，发现老年期精神疾病以精神分裂症为最多，情感性障碍次之。６０岁以上起病者生活事件发生率明显高于６０岁以下起病者。生活事件以人际关系和婚姻家庭问题为多见。生活事件不但与反应性精神障碍有着密切的关系，而且在神经症、情感性障碍中也起着一定的作用。

AbstractAn analysis of 271 elderly psychiatric inpatients showed that the most common di,order wasschlzophrenia,followed by affective disorder.Patients who had onset of illness after 60 years old hadmore life events than those with onset below this age,Interpersonal,marital and family problems weremost common。They were not only closely related to reactive mental disorders,but affected neurosisand affective disorders as well
