摘要
总结分析了电话心理咨询的一般特点,发现平均求询时间为16分钟/次,求询者对热线服务的即刻满意度为65~75%,约2/3的求询者是使用家庭电话咨询。对有自杀意念的求询者,邀过热线干预亦有较好疗效,提示电话心理咨询不失为危机干预的一种方式。
AbstractThe authors reported their practice of telephone counseling in Shanghai.They found that:1)about two-third of callers made phone calls at home for help;2)the mean time spent for each phone call was 16 minutes; and 3)the callers'satisfication levels to counselor's answer were 65-75%, It suggests that the hotline service being one of the crisis intervention approaches is an effective and simple mea-sure.
