哌库溴铵预注效果的临床研究

A Clinical Study of the Effect of Priming Pipecuronium

ＡＳＡⅠ～Ⅱ级择期全麻手术２４例，男１５例，女９例。其中１８例用哌库溴铵预注法诱导插管，应用正交试验１．１８（３７）方法，观察０．０１、０．０１５、０．０２ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１三种不同水平的预注量（ｐＤ）；４、５、６ｍｉｎ预注时间（ＰＩ）及０．１、０．１２５、０．１５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１插管剂量（ＩＤ）对预注效果的影响。另６例用哌库溴铵０．１ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１常规诱导插管作为对照。结果表明：预注效果明显（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＩＤ是最主要因素，其次为ＰＤ，而ＰＩ不明显。ＰＤ０．０１５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１、ＰＩ４ｍｉｎ、ＩＤ０．１～０．１５ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１是哌库溴铵预注的较好模式。

8 ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱsurgical patients undergoing general anesthesia intubated with pipecuronium using primingprinciple were studied.The effects of three priming doses(PD)(0.01,0.015 and 0·02mg;kg-1),prirning interval(PI)(4,5,6min)and intubation dose(ID)(0.1,0.0125 and 0.15mg· kg-1)were observed using orthogonal design.Another 6 patients received conventional induction with0.1mg·kg-1 of pipecuronium as a control.Results showthat the effect of priming pipecuronium was evident (P<0.05),ID was the most irnportant factor and PD 0.015mg·kg-1,PI 4min and ID 0.1～0.15mg·kg-1 were better mode of piming pipecuronium.
