摘要
本文报告15名健康志愿者应用ECT观察体位加注气法调节显像剂在硬膜外间隙扩散的范围。结果表明,头高位注气组显像剂向足扩散明显多于向头扩散(P<0.01),其它4组向头扩散明显多于向足扩散(P<0.01)。头高位注气组向头扩散的距离明显少于头高位非注气组(P<0.01),向足扩散明显多于头高位非注气组(P<0.01)。头高位注气组向足扩散的距离比平卧位非注气组明显增加(P<0.01),头低位注气组向头扩散的距离比平卧位非注气组明显增力0(P<0.05)。本观察结果揭示临床可应用此法来调节硬膜外麻醉平面。
he spread of developer in the epidural space after epidural air injection on different position:unde ECT wasstudied in 15 healthy volunteers. Results show that the down spread of developer in the epluural space was moresignificantly than the upper one when air was injected at the head-up position. The opposite was seen either after air injection with head-down position or without air injection when one of the three positions (head-up,head-downand supine )wa,taken. On the head-up position,the clistance. the developer upper spreading in the epidural space was significantly less with air injection than that without. Posture regulation together with epidural air injec-tion, therefore, may be used for the plane regulation during epidural blockade.
