摘要
本文观察氯胺酮麻醉前后1周小白鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能和红细胞内腺苷脱氨酶(简称ADA)的活性。检测结果表明,麻醉后小白鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能及红细胞内ADA活力均有明显抑制,统计学处理差异非常显著。另外,还应用3H-TdR掺入法检测了麻醉后处死的小白鼠胸腺细胞转化率,统计学处理无显著性差异。
The immunoadherance and ADA activity of mice red cells were examined one week priOr to and after ketamineanesthsia. The results demonstrate that immunoadherant function and ADA activity of mice red cells were appear-antly suppressed.Lymphocyte transformation experiment of the thyums gland was also studied.
