睾丸微波加温节育对性腺轴内分泌功能及体液免疫状态的影响

Effects of male testis microwave infertilization on the sexual gland function and the status of humoral immunity

本文对３４例行睾丸微波加温节育者（节育组）于加温前和加温停止后不同时间测定其血中有关性激素、免疫球蛋白和补体等，除行自身前后对照外，并与３４例已育男性（对照组）进行比较，结果：节育组中１２例（３５．３％）生精结合蛋白刺激素（ＦＳＨ）、间质细胞刺激素（ＩＣＳＨ）显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），表明治疗剂量下的微波加温对睾丸性腺轴功能有损伤作用，但其升高与加温次数无关，停止加温后逐渐恢复正常；而免疫球蛋白和补体水平始终保持在正常范围，提示睾丸微波加温节育对人体免疫状态无影响。

Abstract Serum FSH, ICSH,T,GAT,STI and IgG, IgA, IgM and C3, C4 were detected in 34 male before and after they underwent microwave infertilization and in 34 male as control. Among the infertilization group,12 male had a significantly increased level of FSH and ICSH(P<0.001).There were no changes of IgG, IgA, IgM and C3, C4. The results indicate that microwave treatment can damage the function of sexual gland and have no side effect on the status of humoral immunity
