摘要
我院施行尸体肾移植术４７２例次，其中术后发生超急性排斥反应（ＨＡＲ）９例（１０次），发生率为２．１％。本文就ＨＡＲ的发生机理、发生原因、诊断与鉴别诊断、处理及预防进行讨论。
cases have been performed donor cadaveric transplantation since April 1978 to January 1993 in our hospital.9 cases (10 times) occuryed hyperacute allograft rejection (2.1%)and 6 cases (7 times) were operated nephrectomy while transplated kidney occuryed hyperacute rejection during operation. (one cases for twice operation continually and 3 cases within 36～48 hours after operation). All cases was confirmed by pathology.
