肾移植术后并发肺部感染的诊治体会

Lung infections as a complication of renal transplantation

本文报告肾移植术后并发肺部感染26例,其中细菌感染10例,霉菌感染11例,结核感染4例,疱疹病毒感染1例。文中对感染的原因、诊断和防治进行了讨论。

Lung infections were studied in 26 cases after renal transplantation. The etiologic analysis showed that there were 10 cases with bacteria infections, 11 cases with fungal infections,4 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis and 1 cases with herpes virus infection. The early diagnosis and the experiences of prevention and treatment strategy of infection were discussed.
