特殊类型前列腺增生症的诊治体会

Some Particular status of benign prostaic hyperlasia

报告我院近１３年间收治５６５例前列腺增生症（ＢＰＨ）中遇到的一些特殊情况，诸如ＢＰＨ伴逼尿肌收缩无力失代偿、伴不稳定膀胱以及伴炎症和高龄ＢＰＨ症等。结合文献复习对特殊类型ＢＰＨ的发病机理以及临床诊治中的体会等进行讨论。认为：认识和恰当处理此种特殊情况有利于进一步提高疗效、减少并发症。

Abstract The particular status of BPH have been treated in 565 cases of operated BPH in last 13 years.They are BPH with detrusor decompensation,unstable bladder and infection of prostate and advanced age BPH etc.The incidence. pathogenesis and treatment have been discused with review of literature.The recognition and appropriate treatment this types of BPH are heipful to improvement therapy resuit and minimizing complications.
