摘要
本文对肾移植术后肾功能良好的受者红细胞膜钠离子转运活性进行了测定,结果发现:接受强的松+硫唑嘌呤治疗的受者红细胞膜哇巴因敏感的钠泵活力明显升高,而接受强的松+环孢素A治疗的受者红细胞膜哇巴因敏感的钠泵和钠钾协同转运活力均明显下降,且环孢素A血浓度与钠泵活性呈明显负相关,环孢素组受者的血浆可使正常人红细胞钠泵活性受抑制,未发现肾移植受者的血压与红细胞膜钠泵及钠钾协同转运活性之间有相关关系。
Abstract The aim of the study was to evaluate the activity of erythrocyte sodium transport in two groups patients with well founctioning renal allograft immunosuppress with prednisone and azathioprine (10pts) or prednisone and cyclosporine A (25pts),in relationship with blood pressure status. The results reveled the ouabin-sensitive NaK pump activity was significantly higher in Aza patients. The ouabain-sensitive NaK pump and bumetanide-sensitive NaK cotransport activity were significantly lower in CsA Patients.There was a significant negative correlation between trough plasma CsA levels and RBC NaK activity.The plasma of the CsA Patients inhibtted the NaK pump activity of normal erythrocytes. No statistic correlatoon were found between blood pressure and NaK pump NaK cotransport activity in CsA-treated patients.
