摘要
对５０例ＶＢ·ＴＩＡ患者，进行常规脑干听觉诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）检测和高刺激重复率（５０Ｈｚ）ＢＡＥＰ检测。结果表明：ＢＡＥＰ常规检测与高刺激重复率检测阳性率分别为４８％、５２％，二者差异无显著性。但二者并用，其阳性率可达７２％，明显高于单纯常规检测的ＢＡＥＰ阳性率。提出高刺激重复率的ＢＡＥＰ检测方法是对常规检测方法的有益补充。
Abstract Fifty patients with vertebrobasilar transcient ischemic attacks were studied by means of routine and high repetitive rate(50Hz) determinations of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP).The results showed that BAEP positivity rate of both methods were 48% and 52% respectively.no significant difference(P>0.05) was noted. When combined,the positivity rate could be as high as 72% which was apparently higher than that of the routine method (P<0.005),indicating that the high stimuius repetitive rate of BAEP determination could be used as a beneficial supplementary means to the routine method.
