摘要
对70名健康人进行磁刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)上下肢周围段测定。发现其各段潜伏期与身高呈直线正相关,与年龄、性别相关不明显。MEP波幅值分布较离散,呈偏态分布,与年龄、性别及身高均无明显相关。MEP时限亦为一项有用的参数。MEP对于了解运动传导通路的功能状态,帮助临床诊断和预后及进行疗效判断有重要意义。
Abstract The peripheral segments of magnetic evoked potential(MEP)of upper and lower extremities were determined in 70 healthy adults.It was noted that the latency of each segment showed a linear correlation to the body height (P<0.001 ̄0.05),but no relation to age and sex(P<0.05).The distribution of MEP amplitudes was rather dispersed.appeared as a bias distribution,and there was no significant relation to age,sex and height(P>0.05).The duration of MEP was also a useful parameter.MEP seemed to be helpful in understanding the function of motor conduction pathway.and in judging the diagnosis and treatment as well as the prognosis
