杭白菊致接触性皮炎临床分析（附108例报告）

Clinical analysis of 108 cases of contact dermatitis caused by Hangzhou white chrysanthemum

接触性皮炎在临床上是一种常见病，而杭白菊引起接触性皮炎尚未见报道。作者通过斑贴试验，发现抗白菊致接触性皮炎的致敏原主要是杭白菊的花和叶，而根、茎则无致敏作用。本文就完整的１０８例杭白菊引起接触性皮炎的病因、临床表现、治疗及其发病机理进行了阐述。

Contact dermatitis is very common in clinical dermatology,but up to now there have been no reported on contact dermatitis caused by the Tongxiang native product,Hangzhou white chrysanthemum.Through some clinical experiments on the patch tests,the author's found out that the main sensitizing antigen is pressent in the flower and leaf and not in the root and stem of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum.This artical described the causes,clinical feature,therapeutic effect and pathogenesis of this contact dermatitis in detail.
