摘要
从HPV基因组L1区段选择了大多数亚型均具有的保守序列,借助计算机检索验证,设计出一对适用于检测17种HPV亚型的引物。并应用该引物对51例病理诊断为尖锐湿疣(CA)的标本进行了PCR扩增检测。结果表明,其可一次性完成对多种HPV亚型感染的检测,检测覆盖面宽,漏检率低,对CA的诊断确有较好的应用价值。
The conservative sequence that exists in most of the HPV subtypes was selected from HPV genome L1 region segment.By means of the computer searching.a pair of primers (common primer) which can be used to detect 17 HPV subtypes had been designed.With this common primer,PCR had been done in 51 cases of condyloma acuminatum diagnosed by histopathology.The results showed that the common primer can detect the infection of various HPV subtypes of condyloma acuminatum in one session,with wide coverage and low missed-detection rate.Moreover,it is of good practical value in the diagnosis of condyloma acuminatum.
