儿童Zumbusch型脓疱性银屑病11例分析

Analysis of 11 cases of Zumbusch-type generaiized pustular psoriasis childhood

本文报告１１例儿童Ｚｕｍｂｕｓｃｈ型脓疱性银屑病，其中男７例、女４例。平均首次发病年龄１０．８月。对病因（感染和免疫方面）、诊断方面进行了探讨，其中３例作了Ｔ细胞亚群抗原的测定，发现ＣＤ４降低，ＣＤ８升高，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值异常。所有患者均有Ｚｕｍｂｕｓｃｈ型临床表现。最后，在治疗上作了讨论。

Eleven cases, including 7 males and 4 females,of Zumbusch-type generalized pustular psoriasis in childhood are reported.The avcrage age at onsct was 10.8 months.The etiology,about the infection and the mimunology,and the diagnosis of the this disease are discussed.Three of 11 patients were studied antigens of T cell subpopulations.It was found that CD4 was low,CD8 was high and CD4/CD8 ratio was abnormal.All patients had typical clinical manifestations(Zumbusch pattern).Finally,the treatment is discussed also.
