国产环孢素A合并小剂量皮质类固醇激素治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床观察

Clinical study on treatment with China made oral cyclosporin A for lupus nephritis

使用国产小剂量环孢素Ａ（ＣｙＡ）合并小剂量皮质类固醇激素治疗６例狼疮性肾炎取得较满意的临床和免疫学疗效、与进口ＣｙＡ对照，两组间无统计学显著差异。

Native cyclosporin A(inital dose 4mg/kg/d) and small dose of prednisone(100mg per week) were first used to treat 6 female cases of lupus nephritis.The good clinical and immunological results were obtained.Compared with import cyclosporin A,the significant differences were not found.
