摘要
为了探索皮质类固醇激素对ＩｇＥ介导的皮肤变态反应的作用机理，本实验观察了外用皮质类固醇激素对异位性皮炎（ＡＤ）皮损处ＬＣＦｃεＲＩ的影响。结果显示外用皮质类固醇激素可降低ＬＣＦｃεＲＩ结合ＩｇＥ的能力，导致表皮ＩｇＥ＋ＬＣ显著减少。推测皮质类固醇激素可通过减少ＬＣ表面的ＩｇＥ分子，而干扰ＬＣ的递呈抗原能力，抑制皮肤免疫及炎症反应。
In order to explore the role of topical corticosteroid in treating IgE-mediated skin allergic reaction,we observed the influence of corticosteroids upon FcεRI on LC in atopic dermatitis patients.The results revealed that topical cortcosteroids inhibited the binding of IgE to LC,and thus epidermal IgE+ LC decreased in number obviously.It is believed that topical corticosteroids can interfere with the antigen presentation of LC by reducing the IgE molecules on LC,and thus inhibit skin immunological and inflammatory reaction.
