皮肤浆细胞增多症1例

Cutaneous plasmacytosis: A case report

报告1例皮肤浆细胞增多症。患者女，32岁，额、面、躯干、四肢散布暗红色至淡褐色斑疹、斑块，直径0.5～1．5cm。系统检查无异常。实验室检查发现血沉升高，α2-，β-，γ-球蛋白轻度升高。皮损活检组织病理示真皮血管周围密集浆细胞浸润，这些浆细胞成熟，无异型。

A case of cutaneous plasmacytoSis is reported. The pAtient was a 32-year-woman. Reddishbrown macules and plaques measuring 0. 5 to 1. 5 cm in diameter were found scattered over the forehead,face, trunk and four extremities. No systemic symptoms were noted. Laboratory findings showed an increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate and a slightly increased α2-,β- and γ-globulin. A skin biopsy revealed dense perivascular infiltration of plasma cells in the dermis, these plasma cells were mature and showed no atypism.
