晕痣和痣细胞痣的免疫组化比较观察

Immunohistochemical study of halo nevus and pigmented nevus

应用IgG，IgD，IgM和C3c4种标记抗体对11例晕痣和13例痣细胞痣进行了平行免疫组化观察。结果显示晕痣与痣细胞病具有明显不同的免疫病理特点，支持晕痣的发生与自身免疫有关的观点。

By means of immunohistochemical method, the authors studied the presence of IgG, IgM, IgD and C3c in tissues of patients with halo nevus and nevocellular nevus. The results suggest that the immunopethology of the two types of nevus is obviously different and support that the development of halo nevus is retatal to autoimmunity.
