摘要
用PC10免疫组化染色观察了增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在角化棘皮瘤(KA)和鳞癌(SCC)中的表达。在KA中,PCNA阳性细胞主要分布于基底层和基底上层,而在SCC中,则广泛分布于肿瘤细胞团中。PCNA阳性指数在KA组中为22.3%~40.8%,平均32.6%,而在SCC组中则高达41.0%~80.9%,平均63.2%。两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01),而且两组间个例PCNA阳性指数没有重叠。这种增殖特性的显著差异提示KA和SCC是两种性质不同的肿瘤。而PCNA阳性指数可能对鉴别KA和SCC有帮助。
The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) was identified in keratoacanthoma (KA) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) using immunostaining with PC10 antibody. The PCNA-postive cells were mainly located in the basal and suprabasal cell layers in KA. However, they were scattered in the tumor nests of SCC. The mean PCNA index was significantly higher in SCC group (63. 2% ) than that in KA group (32. 6%). This result shows in favor of the different diological nature of KA and SCC.Moreover, the PCNA index might be potentially used to discriminate individual case of KA and SCC.
