静痛灵胶囊对偏头痛病人血浆β－内啡肽水平的影响

Treatment of migraine with Jing Tong Ling:Effects on plasma β-endorphin level.

双盲对照法研究１０７例偏头痛病人服用静痛灵胶囊和安慰剂前后血浆β－内啡肽水平的变化，同时观察静痛灵胶囊的近期疗效。结果表明，静痛灵胶囊可明显升高偏头痛病人血浆β－内啡肽水平，其近期疗效明显优于安慰剂。对静痛灵胶囊可能的药物作用机理作了初步探讨。

AbstractThe effects of Jing Tong Ling in migraine were investigated in a double- blind placebo-con-trolled trial.The effects on plasma levels of β-endorphin were oberved simultaneously. The re-sults showed that the effects of Jing Tong Ling was superior to placebo and the difference was sta-tistically highly significant. Jing Tong Ling could increase the plasma level ofβ-endorphin in pa-tients with migraine significantly.
