“小粘膜”型胃癌诊断的探讨

Study on the Diagnosis of "Small Mucosal" Type of Gastric Cancer

所谓“小粘膜”型胃癌系指病灶直径小于4cm,局限于粘膜层或仅有轻度粘膜下层侵犯的早期胃癌。本文总结经内镜发现并得到手术、病理证实的“小粘膜”型胃癌12例,着重对其诊断问题作一探讨。作者认为对本病扩大内镜检查的指征,重视对胃癌相关性病变的随访,精细地内镜检查,对可疑病例定期检查,将有助于提高“小粘膜”型胃癌的诊断。

What small mucosal type of gastric cancer means early gastric cancer which located in the mucosa or only mild invasion to submucosa and its diameter is less than 4 cm.12 cases of small mucosal type of gastric cancer identified by en-doscopy surgery and pathology were studies in the article. We focused on the investigation of diagnosis and found it is helpful to improve the diagnosis to enlarge the scale of indication of endoscopy, enhance the follow-up for patients with related diseases of gut, observe the manifestation under endoscopy carefully and examine questionable cases regularly.
