功能性消化不良及其分型组的胃窦十二指肠运动

Antroduodenal Motility in Functional Dyspepsia and its Subgroup Patterns

本研究对功能性消化不良(FD)症状分型的常规标准做了一些调整,并观测了39例FD患者空腹及餐后胃窦十二指肠运动,以探讨FD患者胃窦十二指肠运动状况及其与分型组之间的关系。结果显示,FD患者空腹及餐后胃窦十二指肠动力减弱,在胃窦表现为运动指数、平均振幅和频率均显著低于正常组(P<0.05～0.01),在十二指肠表现为平均振幅降低而频率无明显减小。FD各分型组间空腹及餐后的胃窦十二指肠运动指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),提示胃窦十二指肠运动状况与FD症状分型无关。

This study aimed to assess the antroduodenal motility in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD), and we attempted to determine the association between antroduodenal motility arid FD subgroup patterns. Fasting and postprandial antroduodenal motility was studied by manometry in 39 patients with FD. FD patients were categorized on the basis of predominant symptoms as: dysmotility-like dyspepsia(n=15), ulcer-like dyspepsia(n=6), gastroesophageal reflux-like dyspepsia(n=5), complex dyspepsia(n= 8), and nonspecific dyspepsia(n=5). The results showed that:(1) the fasting and postprandial antral motility was significantly decreased with lower amplitude and less frequency (P<0.05~0.01), and the amplitude of duodenal contractions was significantly lower in patients compared with con trols(P<0.05). (2) the number of antroduodenal coordinated contractions was significantly less in patients compared with controls(P<0.05). (3)and there was no difference among the FD subgroups. It therefore appears that there is no relation between antroduodenal motility and symptomatic subgroups.
