摘要
本文报告２３例卵巢囊实性肿物，其中单纯性卵巢囊肿６例，卵巢巧克力囊肿３例；畸胎瘤２例，卵巢囊腺瘤３例，卵巢内胚窦瘤合并对侧卵巢畸胎瘤１例，卵巢癌５例，盆腔结核３例。ＣＴ扫描对卵巢囊实性病灶显示率较高，可以清晰地显示病灶的大小、范围、病变内的组织结构，病变与周围组织的关系，对肿瘤的鉴别诊断及指导手术治疗，评价术后疗效有较大帮助。
Abstract In this paper,23 cases of cystic and solid mass of the ovary were reported.Of which,simple ovarian cyst were6 cases, chocolate cyst 3 cases,teratoma 2 cases, ovarian cysladenoma 3 cases, ovarian endodemal sinous cancer asssociat teratoma 1cases,ovarian cancer o cases,ovarian tuberculosis 3 cases.CT scan was important signification not only in displaying the exact position,size, extent of the lesions and tissues constraction in the lesion but also in diagnosis and dilferetial diagnosis and clinical value
