Contact between the etiopathology of complete leftbundle branch block and vectorcardiogram

分析８０例完全性左束支传导阻滞患者的心电向量图，按其病因分为三组：Ａ组（冠心病、高血压心脏病、心肌炎，ｎ＝３８）、Ｂ组（心肌梗死ｎ＝３０），Ｃ组１２例（心肌病，ｎ＝１２），发现它们在下列参数：ＱＲＳ总时间、初始１０ｍｓ向量角度（Ｈ）、初始运行方向（Ｈ）最具有鉴别诊断价值。就ＱＲＳ总时间而言，１２０ｍｓ≤Ａ组≤１４０ｎｉｓ，１４０ｍｓ＜Ｂ组＜１６５ｍｓ，Ｃ组≥１６５ｍｓ；而初始１０ｍｓ向量角度－４０°～－１８０°和初始顺时针运行是判定Ｂ组的特征指标。

Vectorcardiographic features in eighty patients with complete leftbundle branch block(CLBBB)were analysed. Patients were divided into three groups ac-cording to the etiopathology. Thirty-eight cases in group A were diagnosed as coronaryheart disease ,hypertensive heart disease ,myocarditis ,thirty cases in group B as myocar-dial infarction and twelve cases ,in group C as cardiomyopathy. The significant differencewas found among their QRS interval , the initial 10 ms vector angle(H)and its inscrip-tion. With QRS interval ,group A was between 120 ins and 140 ms ,group B between 140ms and 165 ms and group C exceeded 165 ms. In group B,the initial 10 ms vector anglewas between 0° and 180° nd the inscription was clockwise.
