彩色多普勒血流成像对生理性三尖瓣返流机理的探讨

本文以彩色多普勒血流成像观察了50例生理性三尖瓣返流,发现90%的返流有穿瓣现象,认为生理性三尖瓣返流是健康人三尖瓣关闭不够严密而造成的收缩早期的轻微返流.

50 normal persons with physiological tricuspid regurgitation were studied by color Doppler and 90 percent of them showed that the regurgitation passed across tricuspid valves, Therefore physiological tricuspid regurgitation is true regurgitation ,neither false-image nor current stream make by valves' closing move. The reason of physiological tricuspid regurgitation may be because of tricuspid valves do not close tightly at early systolic period.
