高血压病患者血浆内皮素含量与病情关系的研究

Endothelin and state of illness in patients with essential hypertension

为探讨高血压病患者血浆内皮素含量与病情的关系,本文测定了各期高血压病患者应用利尿剂、钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂等药物治疗前后的血浆内皮素含量并作对比分析.结果表明,Ⅱ期及急进型高血压病患者血浆内皮素含量明显升高(P<O.01),内皮素含量与病情呈正相关(r=0.92,P<0.01),这些患者对药物治疗的反应亦较差,预后严重.降压治疗后,内皮素的含量无明显变化,说明降压药物不能抑制内皮素的释放.

Plasma endothelin (ET) level was measured by radiommunoassay in 72 patients with different degrees of essential hypertension and 40 healthy controls. ET level in patients with class Ⅲ hypertension was significantly higher than class Ⅰ ,Ⅱ and contorls (P<0. 01.ET level in patients with malignant hypertension was the highest (P<0. 01). Patient's clinical condition was correlate with ET levels. Though nifedipine,captopril and some medications could lower hight blood pressure ,ET level of plasma did not significantly lowe than before treatment.
