红细胞生成素治疗恶性肿瘤贫血

Erythropoiethin Treament of Anemia Assocated with Malignancy

用重组人红细胞生成素（ｒｈＥｐｏ）治疗１２例恶性肿瘤贫血患者，结果治疗组Ｈｂ显著上升，对照组Ｈｂ化疗后亦有上升，但远不如治疗组显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。５例依赖输血患者输血量显著减少，对照组仅略减少（Ｐ＜０．０５）。治疗期间未发现明显副作用。结果表明ｒｈＥｐｏ是治疗恶性肿瘤贫血的有效药物。

Patients of anemia associated with malignancy were enrolled for treatment with rhEpo(100U/kg subcutomeously three times a week for one～six months) Hemoglobin level was markedlly elevated in rhEpo grotips. Hb was elevaled in controd afterchemotherpy but lower than rhEpo groups(P< 0.01 ).Meanwhile、transfusion was markedly reduced after rhEpo treatment in 5 patints transfusiondepended,but slightly rtduced in controll(P<0.05). No adverse reactions attributed to rhEpo were observed.Our report suggest that rhEpo may be an useful druy in the treatment of anemia associated w h malignancy
