人工晶体植入术后早期并发症临床观察和分析

Clinical Observation and Analysis of Early Complications after Intracular Lens Implantation

对125例130眼晶体囊外摘出及人工晶体植入术后住院一周内出现的并发症进行观察和分析，比较不同熟练程度术者的手术结果有显著差异（P＜0．01），比较肝素表面处理人工晶体及康明人工晶体的术后并发症无差异（P＞0．05）。从而认为减少早期并发症，提高术后视力的关键是手术技巧及术后对并发症的及时处理。

Examining and analyzing the complications which appeared a week after the operations of 125 Cases (130 eyes)who were performed on Extra-Capsular cataract extraction (ECCE) - intraocular lens implantation (IOL). Comparing the operation results of differentskilled operators and find distinct variations among them (P<0. 01). Comparing the post-operation complications of Kabi Pharmacia IOL and Kangmin IOL and find no variation at all (P>0. 05). Then concluding that the key to reduction of early complications and improvement of visual after operation lies in the operation skills and timely treatment to the post-operation complications.
