摘要
作者提出了使用沸腾水溶性造影剂经皮经肝注入疗法(PCIT)治疗肝肿瘤,并利用成犬进行基础实验.注入点的温度在注入后即刻上升到80℃以上,提示PCIT和经皮经肝沸腾生理盐水注入疗法PSIT同样可以产生高温的凝固性坏死作用。距注入点1cm处也观察到温度的上升,随注入量的增加,温度也相应呈上升趋势。距针尖2cm处未见到温度的改变。组织学检查见到以注入点为中心的局部肝组织里完全性坏死。根据PCIT组即刻或1周后的单纯X线平片,看到造影剂的分布范围,提示可以通过X线平片和CT来判断治疗范围。可以认为PCIT和PSIT同样具有使注入部位的肝组织发生坏死的作用,是可以取代PEIT的治疗方法。
By animal experiment, the authors advanced percutaneous hot conttast medium injection therapy (PCIT) to treat liver tumor. Temperature at injecting point immediately rised over 80℃ after injection, indicating that PCIT same as PSIT could cause liver necrosis because of hot coaggulation. Temperature at 1cm from the injecting point was also increased with increasing injection volumel but at 2cm from the injecting point the temperature did not change, susgesting that treated range can be controlled by adjusting injecting volume. By histologic examination, liver tissue around the injecting point appeared perfect necrosis. Based on results of X-ray film immediately and 1 week after injection, contrast medium distribution can be observed, suggesting that treatment ranse can be determined by means of X-ray examination (conventional X-ray and CT). As above, PCIT same as PSIT is able to cause liver necrosis around injecting point and can replace PElT.
