摘要
通过对6例10条肢动脉的二维和彩色血流显象与X线造影和手术的对照研究,发现该技术可以明确地反映病变股动脉的形态、内径、截面积、管壁的厚度和粥样斑块的大小和范围。其测定股动脉内径和狭窄率也与相应部位X线造影的测量结果相关(r分别为0.83和0.86,P(0.001),并可以早期显示单相X线造影常表现正常的动脉粥样硬化斑块。
Abstract Ten femoral arteries were studied by two dimensional echocardiography and color flow imaging, arteriograpby and surgery in 6 patients. The results shown that the circumferential imaging of arterial wall under the endotbelial surface was obtained by ultrasound technique,including the shape and extension of atherosclerotic plaque, luminal diameter, area, and the thickness of vascular wall. There are good correlation among the femoral arterial diameter and stenosis rate measured by ultrasound and those measured by arteriography(r=0. 83 and 0. 86,p<0. 001, respectively). The study demonstrated the possibility of displaying the early atherosclerosis,particularly the plaques at the posterior arterial wall,of which the arteriography cloud not be detected.
