肝内周围型胆管癌与肝吸虫病CT研究

Intrahepatic Peripheral Cholangiocarcinoma and Clonorchiasis:CT study

本文分析了２４例单纯肝内周围型胆管癌及１６７例肝吸虫病并发胆管癌２７例的ＣＴ扫描资料。本组结果支持肝吸虫病与胆管癌发生关系密切，具有因果关系的观点，发现有或无肝吸虫病的肝内周围型胆管癌病灶具有相同ＣＴ特征及肿瘤侵犯肝内胆管与肝吸虫所致肝内胆管扩张形态特征不同。

patients of peripheral cholangiocarcinoma without clonorchiasis and 27 patients of cholangiocarcinoma in 167patients with clonorchiasis on CT scan were reviewed. Our results supported That there was close relationship between the liverfluke Clonorchis sinensis and the development of cholangiocarcinoma. We found that intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinomawith or without clonorchiasis had the concordant CT findings, but there was differences between the shapes of the dilatedpatic bile ducts caused by the tumor or clonorchis sinensis.
