作者阐述并讨论了胆道新生物及梗阻性黄疸的诊断和鉴别诊断，并对其声像图作了分析研究，指出超声检查对胆道肿瘤的诊断是有效的．
In this paper, the author described and discussed the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the neoplasms ofbinary ystem,included the obstructive jaundice. Their ultrasonograms were also analysed and studied. It showed that the ultrasonography is useful and effective for diagnosis of binary tumors.
