鼻咽癌癌旁柱状上皮鳞状化生过程中上皮性标志物表达的变化

Changes of epithelial markers expression during squamously metalastic process of nasopharyngeal paratumorous columnar epithelium

采用免疫组化方法，应用一组抗癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）、上皮膜抗原（ＥＭＡ）和不同分子量细胞角蛋白的抗体，对７８例鼻咽癌癌旁上皮的上皮性标志物的表达进行了研究。结果表明，柱状上皮的储备细胞和鳞状上皮的基底细胞的上皮性标志物表达不同。在柱状上皮的鳞状化生过程中，一方面是柱状上皮的储备细胞增生并转化为鳞状上皮的“基底细胞”；另一方面，这些“基底细胞”按照正常鳞状上皮的分化程序，分化并发育成鳞状上皮，但仍保留储备细胞的一些分化特征。因此，鳞化上皮与正常被覆鳞状上皮在上皮性标志物表达上仍存在一些差异。

The epithelial marker expression of 78 paratumorous epithelium in NPC was studied immunohistochemically using a panel of antibodies against CEA,EMA and a variety of different molecular weight cytokeratins.The results indicated that the epithelial marker expression was different between reserve cells in columnar epithelium and basal cells in squamos epithelium. During squamous metaplastic process of nasopharyngeal columnar epithelium. at the first,reserve cells of columnar epithelium began proliferating and transforming to" basal cells" of squamous metaplastic epithelium.Then, on the one hand, the"basal cells" differentiated and developed predominantly into squamous epithelium according as differentiation program of normal squamous epithelium,on the other hand,the" basal cells" still remained some differentiating claracteres of reserve cells in columnar epithelium.So,there were of some differences between squmous metaplastic epithelium and normal lining squamous epithelium in epithelial marker expression.
