癌细胞内微囊的形成及其“吞噬”作用

Formation and phagocytosis of microcyst in the cancer cell

利用手术切除的肿瘤标本，常规取材、固定，特殊染色后用光、电镜观察肿瘤细胞。结果发现：低分化腺癌细胞内，常见数量不一、大小不等的微囊。这些微囊不但具有分泌功能，而且对进入微囊内的癌细胞和淋巴细胞具有杀伤作用，我们称此为“被动性吞噬”。微囊的形成与细胞膜的内陷有关。微囊的存在与癌细胞的分化程度有关，分化越差，癌细胞形态越不规则，胞膜内陷就越明显，微囊形成就越多。

In poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma cells of colon,intracellular microcysts with variable numbers and shape are often seen. Those microcysts possess not only secretory function,but also killing function to tumors cells and lymphocytes of the intra-microcyst.We regard this killing function as“passive phagocytose”. Formation of microcysts relate to cytoplasm membrane inversion.
