癌基因蛋白ras　p21、甲胎蛋白在实验性大鼠肛癌前病变中的表达

A study of expression of ras p21and AFP in experimental precancerous lesion of liver in rats

应用免疫组化技术，检测了ｒａｓｐ２１、ＡＦＰ在二乙基亚硝胺（ＤＥＮＡ）诱发的大鼠肝癌前病变中的表达。结果显示：诱癌早期肝小叶周边区即出现ｐ２１、ＡＦＰ表达阳性细胞，随诱癌过程进行，阳性细胞增多并主要分布在变异肝细胞灶和结节中，且常见两者同时表达的现象。由此提示，两者与大鼠肝癌发生有密切关系，ｐ２１过度表达直接参与了大鼠肝癌的启动和演进。同时表达ＡＦＰ、ｐ２１的细胞和病变是较具特异性的癌前病变。ｐ２ｌ与ＡＦＰ的联合表达可为人类肝癌提供一个参考诊断标志。

We have studied the expression of ras p21 and AFP immunohistochemically in DLNA induced precancerous lesions of liver in rat.,The results of the study showed that:(1)there were a few p21 and AFP positive cells in the peripheral of liver lobules at the very early stage of DENA administration. Along with the progression of induced carcinogenesis course,the positive celles were steadily increased and mainly distributed in altered hepatocytic foci and nodules.(2)Both of the p21 and AFP showed just the same distribution in the lesions。The results indicated that both p21 and AFP had close relationship with hepatocarcinogenesis,the overexpression of p21 was directly involved in the initiation and progressionof hepatocarcionma. The lesions with coexpression of p21 and AFP might be of more specific precancerous lesions,In addition,the combined expression of p21 and AFP could be used asa consultative marker for the early diagnosis of human hepatocarcinoma.
