两种特殊型胃癌的超微结构

Ultrastructure of two specific types of gastric cancer

３例含有大量ω型糖原颗粒的乳头状腺癌，光镜下形如透明细胞癌。１例印戒细胞癌其大量印戒状癌细胞为微囊所引起，与粘液颗粒聚集而形成的印戒状癌细胞完全不同。两者为胃癌组织学分类提供了新内容。

Three cases of papillary adenocarcinoma rich in glycogenic particles were reported.These sections observed under light microscope might give an appearances as a clear cell carcinoma. Moreover, we also reported a seldom seen case of signet-ring carcinoma induced by intracytoplasmic cyst, that was entirely different from one which induced by accumulated mucinous granules. Both types of above mentioned tumours may provide a new content for histological classification of the gastric cancer.
