宫颈癌中ras癌基因产物p21表达与预后的关系

Expression of ras oncogene product p21 in relation to the prognosis in cervical carcinoma

用ｒａｓｐ２１单克隆抗体、免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法，检测１２８例宫颈癌石蜡包埋标本，１１９例阳性（９２．９％）。其中Ⅰ期１７例有１０例阳性（５８．８％）；Ⅱ期５３例有５１例阳性（９６．２％）；Ⅲ期５８例均呈阳性，ｒａｓｐ２１表达强度Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ⅱ期高于Ⅰ期（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果显示ｒａｓｐ２１的表达与宫颈癌的分期呈正相关，提示ｒａｓｐ２１在宫颈癌中高表达时，癌有较强的侵袭性。

Using ras p21 monoconal antibody,the expressions of gene product were detected by labelled strptavidin biotin (LSAB) immunohistochemical methed in 128 cases of uterine cervical carcinoma. Positive expression of ras p21 was observed in 119 cases,stage Ⅰ17 cases, positive 10(58.8%); stage Ⅱ 53 cases, postive 51 (96.2%); stage Ⅲ 58 cases, all postive. The expression of ras p21 was higher in stage Ⅲ than in stage Ⅰ、Ⅱ(P<0.01).It was higher in stage Ⅱ than in stage Ⅰ(P< 0.05). The result suggested that expression of ras p21 might be associated with the biological aggressiveness of cervical carcinomas and that it might be useful in prognosing cervical cancer.
