摘要
本文通过对15例急性单纯硬膜外血肿清除前后心电图V3导联巨大直立T波演变的分析,认为颅内高压解除后,T波振幅可逐日降低,并于术后4日降至稳定状态。植物神经张力的改变是造成神经性心电图异常的直接机制。
A study of the development of the giant orthostatic T wave of ECG V3 lead before and after the removal of acute simple epidural hematomas of 15 cases was made. It was found that the amplitude of vibration of T wave decreased day by day after the elimination of intracranial hypertension, and came to a stable state on the fourth day. The enhancement of the function of the parasympathetic nerves dominating the heart was the most direct factor formatting the giant orthostatic T wave.
