共调查日照市1984~1992年饮食从业人员73127人,查出细菌性痢疾(以下简称菌痢)156人,检出率0.21%,菌型以福氏居多,61例,占菌型的39.11%。男高于女,其趋势是随年龄增长检出率逐渐下降,在不同饮食行业中,以食品销售业最高。菌痢(包括带菌者,检出率由1984年的0.64%,1986年的0.77%,下降到1991的0.04%,1992年的0.05%。说明饮食从业人员每年进行健康查体发现菌痢及时调离治疗是完全必要的,只有这样才能控制菌痢的传播和流行。也才能使食品从业人员的健康查体具有社会效益。
One hundred and fifty-six persons were found to have bacillary dysentery amony 73127 catering workers in t6p 1984-1992 investigations. The detectable rate is 0- 21%. Among them, 61 cases suffered from Shigella flexneri, accounting for 39. 11% of all male patients are more than female ones. And food sale clerks had more possibillity to carry bacteria than others in catering work. The investigations also find that detectable rate decreased gradually year after year. and that physical examination and timely measures to control the transmission of bacillary dysentery are the key to the elimination of this disease.
