临沂市肝癌患者HBV、HCV双重感染的研究

DOUBLE INFECTION OF HBV AND HCV OF LIVER CANCER CASES

本文报道了临沂市４５例肝癌（ＰＨＣ）患者ＨＢＶ、ＨＣＶ双重感染的研究。３７／４５（８２．２％）例ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性；８／４５（１７．８％）例ＨＢｓＡｇ阴性；４５例抗ＨＢｃ阳性；１８／４５（４０％）例ＨＢｃ-ＤＮＡ阳性，１０／４５（２２．２％）抗-ＨＣＶ阳性；其中２例ＨＣＶ-ＲＮＡ阳性，ＨＣＶ基因型检测结果表明：２例ＨＣＶ-ＲＮＡ阳性肝癌均为ＨＣＶⅡ型感染。本文研究表明：本市ＰＨＣ患者是以ＨＢＶ感染为主，其次为ＨＢＶ、ＨＣＶ双重感染。

Double infection of HBV and HCV on 45 cases of liver cancer in Linyi City were reported.Postitive rate of HBsAg is 82. 2%(37/45),8 cases(17.8%)are negative.Anti-HBc is positive in all the patients(45/45).Positive rate of HBV DNA is 40%(18/45)o Anti-HCV is positive in 10 cases(22.2%)and 2 cases are positive of HCV-RNA. The examination results of genie type of HCV show that 2 cases of liver cancer with positive of HCV-RNA are infected by HCV of type-ll.Our study indicate that liver cancer cases are mainly infected by HBV.Secondly are double infection of HBV and HCV.
