上尿路结石并发急性尿毒症的急症手术治疗（附47例报告）

EMERGENCY OPERATION ON 47 CASES OF CALCULUS OF UPPER URINARY TRACT COMPLICATED BY URINAEMIA

本文报告４７例上尿路结石并发急性尿毒症的手术治疗，除５例病情危重先经皮肾穿刺造瘘外，其余均行急症手术取石解除梗阻，结果２例死于术后水电解质紊乱，１例因肾功能不全病人自动放弃治疗，４４例治愈，效果良好，强调手术从速从简，术中彻底解除梗阻是治疗的关键，且勿依赖透析。

This article reports our operative treatment of 47 cases suffering from calculus of upper urinary tract complicated by urinaemia.Among them,5 cases in critical conditions were treated by pertaneous renal puncture and fistulation before the escision of stone,all the others received emergency operation to relieve obstruction.Two patients died of postoperative water-electrolyte imbalance,one gave up treatment of his own accord be cause.of renal insufficiency,and the other 44 ones recovered.To relieve obstruction completely in operation without delay is believed to be the key to treatment.
