摘要
成功地行同种异体肾移植１０例。原发病为慢性肾小球肾炎８例，药物性肾病及盆腔异位肾损伤各１例。术后采用环孢素Ａ、硫唑嘌呤及强的松三联用药，出现急性排异时应用甲基强的松龙冲击疗法，移植肾功能可逆转。现１０例患者存活２～２４个月，肾功能良好。
cases of endstage renal disease were treated successfully by renal transplantation.Of them 8 cases were chronic glomerulonephritis, 1 cases was medicinal nephropathy,1 case was one kidney cut.Ciclosporin A,Azathioprine and Prednisone were used after operation.Acute rejection is the most common type of erjection episode during the first three months after operation.It can be treated by increasing the dosage of corticosteroid and can be entirely reversible. 10cases has survived for 2to 24 months.
